What are cookies?
Cookies are small text files stored on your device when you visit a website. They help the site work, remember your choices and, only with your consent, show how the site is used.
How this site uses cookies
| Category | Purpose | Cookies | Consent |
|---|---|---|---|
| Strictly necessary | Required for the site to work: security and bot protection on forms, and remembering your cookie choices. These cannot be switched off. | nb_cookie_consent (your choices, 12 months) · Cloudflare Turnstile (on forms, when enabled) · hosting security | Always on |
| Performance / analytics | Help understand how visitors use the site (pages viewed, features used) so it can be improved. Loaded only with your consent. Includes a persistent anonymous ID for the listing-view reports that CREA requires for REALTOR.ca DDF® listings; without consent each view is reported without that ID. | nb_ddf_uid (anonymous listing-view ID, 12 months) · PostHog (ph_*, when enabled) | Optional |
| Functional | Remember preferences that improve the experience beyond basic browsing, such as search defaults. Not required for the site to work. | None active at present | Optional |
| Targeting / advertising | Used to deliver or measure marketing across sites. This site does not run advertising tools; the category is reserved in case any are added later. | None active | Optional |
Managing your preferences
On your first visit a cookie banner lets you Allow all, Deny all (optional cookies off), or Manage cookies by category. You can reopen your preferences at any time:
You can also block or delete cookies in your browser settings. Blocking strictly necessary cookies may stop forms or security checks from working.
Retention
Your choice is stored for up to 12 months, or until you clear your browser data, after which you may be asked again.
